Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Cardiac Clinic experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

LPN will support nursing issues such injections, Holter placement, care coordination, in basket management, authorizations.

Completion of educational program for licensure as a LPN.
