Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
Travel experience is preferred.
36 months of Nurse Management experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Shift: 8a-5p M-F. May allow to flex to 4-10s on weeks that travel is needed.

Master’s or Doctorate degree from an Accreditation Commission for Nursing (ACEN) and/or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accredited graduate school or nursing in Pediatric Acute Care, Pediatric Primary Care or Family Medicine.

Five (5) or more years of relevant clinical experience with pediatric or adult solid organ transplant.

Effective team building skills and related systems experience.

Three years of experience in leadership and/or supervisory capacity.

Arizona Advanced Practice License (NP or PA) preferred.

National Board Certification to match area of education prior to start date.

COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children’s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
