Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.

Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: Adult, ER.

Required General Ultrasound Skills/Experience: Abdominal Aorta, Appendix, Gallbladder, Liver, Pancreas, Spleen. Required OB/GYN Ultrasound

Skills/Experience: 1st Trimester. Required Procedure Skills/Experience: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis. Required Renal/Pelvis Ultrasound

Bladder, Hernia, Ovaries, Prostate, Renal/Bladder, Uterus, Vaginal. Required Small Part Ultrasound

Superficial Masses, Testicles/Scrotum, Thyroid. Required Transplant Studies Experience: Renal. Required Vascular Ultrasound

Aorta, Carotid, Color Flow, Duplex, Lower Extremity Arterial, Renal Artery Duplex.

Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Management/lead experience.

Must be in IL 3 business days prior to compliance HDD in order to meet fingerprinting requirements.

Scrub Color: Any solid color.

Charting: Cerner

SSN required at time of submittal, DOB required at time of submittal

RTO – we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by
