Requirements

Experience

36 months of Home Health experience is required.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Michigan license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Proof of Identification

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Must have at least 3 years of recent home health experience.

Hands-on HCHB experience required.

Monday - Friday (35 points per week with a once monthly Saturday rotation)

Area of coverage primary includes all the Zips in Detroit including Hamtramck, Highland Park. Secondary when productivity is low includes Lincoln Park, Dearborn, Dearborn Hts, Westland, Livonia, Redford and south field.
