Requirements
Experience
12 months of Hospice experience is required.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Proof of Identification
Driver's license required

Additional Details:
Must have at least 12 months of hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years.
Shift: Monday to Friday; No weekends, but there would be a need for back-up on call.
Area of coverage is Bedford/Nashua/Manchester area.
