Patient Population: Outpatient

Visits per week: 12-14/day (60 per week)

36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Completion Bonuses:

• $1000.0 available for 13 week contracts starting before or on 2024-10-09. This amount is subject to applicable fees and withholdings.
