Requirements

Experience

12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is preferred from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Michigan license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

26 week contract - manager willing to accept 13 if needed.

Shift: 4 days per week, one night of call per week and two weekends in a six-week period.

Required: Minimum 1 year CVOR experience, minimum 1 year experience with all of the following: Open Heart, replacement and creation of valves, bypass, endovascular and open vascular cases. Candidates must have endovascular experience.

Required Skills & Experience: -Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned. -Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.

Required Education: -Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Preferred Education: -Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
