Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
24 months of Operating Room experience is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:
Shift and Time: 32hrs/wk varying schedule Monday-Friday, work hours ranging from 6:30a-5p (8 hour shifts are typically 6:45a-3:15p)
Weekend Rotation: As Needed
On-call requirements: Weeknights 1-2 per week (typically Thursdays) and one weekend per month (June 13-15, July 11-13, August 22-24, September 5-7); on-call weekend dates are required
