If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.

Guaranteed Hour: 36

Every other weekend expectation

6 weeks of schedule at a time.

Must extend at end of contract if missing hours

Holiday Expectations: varies by year and staffing

Must attend pre-shift huddle (0700/1900)

Scrub Color: Any Color, must be professional

No phones on the unit. Breaks are required

Will you take a first-time traveler? Yes, upon review

Patient Types:

Oncology: Not expected to administer chemotherapy (unless certified)

Medical: majority of the unit – CHF, COPD, Sepsis, pneumonia, Cellulitis, IVDA, ETOH, DVT/PE, AKI, CKD, pancreatitis

Tele patients

Psych – frequently on this unit, but not designated

Must complete Rhythm Interpretation Exam as part of Compliance

Floating: MSU, ED Holding, MS Overflow
