Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Dietary experience is preferred from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Shift: Varies, typically 7:30 - 4:00; Monday to Friday

May rotate weekend shifts; approx 2-3 hours on weekends

Every 3rd weekend if needed

No clinical involvement

Areas Covered: Inpatient and outpatient (dialysis, LTC contracts)

Number of patient consults/day (caseload): Varies 10-15/day caseload

Types of patients: Diabetes, renal disease, acute inpatient med/surg type patients, outpatient dialysis assessments, LTC contracts for monthly/quarterly assessments

Required:

Knowledge of inpatient RD acuity

Self Scheduling / Block Scheduling: Yes, if agreed upon by RDs

Dress Code: Business Casual

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
