Start times range from 0630 to 0930 depending on need

Possible schedule: Below are the shift times for Monday to Friday, Non-Holiday • 0630 to 1900 • 0630 to 1900, on call 1900 - 2300 • 0930 to 2200 • 1030 to 2300, on call 2300 to 0700

Below are the shift times for Saturday/Sunday, Non-Holiday • 0630 to 1900

Weekend/Holiday On Call • 0700 to 1900 • 0700 to 0700

Types of Cases REQ: General, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, Ortho/Total Joints, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Gyn, Abdominal hysterectomy, C-sections, Dilation & Curettage, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Vaginal Hysterectomy, Scrubbing experience required, inpatient exp

Types of Cases Preferred: Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, ENT, Robotic assisted Gynecological procedures, SPD experience preferred, outpatient exp

Is on-call REQ? Yes. As needed

Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes. To Outpatient Surgery Pavilion as needed, 3 OR suites.

All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. travelers’ refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.

Modules:

• Modules are completed pre-start, and annually
• Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
