7-10 call shifts/month (call shifts are 1730-0700, weekend call also required)
Required Work Setting Experience: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab, Hybrid OR, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Special Procedures
Required Experience: Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures (Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Circulate Procedures, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Pacemaker/Defibrillator lead extraction/removal, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization, Rotablator atherectomy, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation/Replacement (TAVI/TAVR) , Ventricular Assist Device Insertion, Watchman procedure), EP Procedures (Pacemaker insertion), Vascular Studies/Procedures (Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Dialysis Graft Interventional, Endovascular, Interventions, Stent Graft Placement, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography), IV Therapy (Assist with Central Line Insertion/management, Starting IVs), 12 Lead EKG, Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Cardioversion, External Compression Devices (C-Clamp, Sandbags), Hypothermia protocols, Infection Prevention, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale, Sheath Removal and Monitoring, Topical Hemostasis (D-Stat, Chito-Seal, Syvek Patch), Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), Ventilator Monitoring)

SSN and DOB required
RTO: can request no more than 5 non-consecutive days for approval. During holiday season (Nov-Jan), only one holiday RTO can be requested for approval. All RTO is approved by management prior to clinician signing a contract. Once confirmed, will be listed in Work Order Confirmation
Certifications: Military acceptable, AHA preferred. No ARC
