24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

NICU experience Required

Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Infants, Adults, Geriatrics

Most common disciplines used: Adult critical care, vent mgm

Top 10 Diagnosis: Respiratory failure, COPD, asthma, post-op CAB, pneumonia, CHF, sleep apnea, ARDS, prematurity, COVID-19

of Cases/Procedures/Patients: 8-12 q4 hrs

Productivity Standards: Count of 1 = approx. 15 minutes

Applicable Medications: LABA, LAMA, SABA, ICS, surfactant

Applicable Skills/Procedures: NICU preferred but negotiable, mechanical ventilation/critical care experience required, inhaled medications, noninvasive ventilation, arterial puncture, inhaled nitric oxide, heliox

Most Common Equipment: Drager v500, vn500, Evita XL, Carina, Philips V60, V30
