Daily Caseload per tech: 5-6 units
First-timers accepted: Possibly after interview
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs.
Special Requirements: Case management skills, OASIS understanding, independent, time manage and organizational skill, patient centered goals, supervising COTA, Team Player, knowledge, professionalism, excellent communication skills, flexibility, positive attitude, provide excellent quality care.
Scrub Color: Business casual
Parking: There is large space for parking at the office.
RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review.
No RTO the first week of an assignment.
Holiday Policy: BJC requires travelers to work 2 out of the 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day).
Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler.
All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months.
Allied and Non-Clinical: Travelers can stay for a period of 12 months. Must take a 6 month break in service after 12 months
