Travel experience is required from any number of months.
10 months of Long Term Care experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

-Note that caregivers are not asked to rotate between night/day shifts (occasional exceptions for urgent staffing needs). Shifts will be either Days or Nights, but dependent on facility needs at time of start date.

Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year

Can only submit to 1 location within the region (PAMC, Seward, Valdez, Saint Elias Specialty Hospital, and Kodiak)

Return Staff Policy: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler.

Travelers can only work for a maximum of 1 calendar year in their assignment. Travelers are then required to take a minimum of a 6-month break before returning for another traveler assignment at the same facility.

REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA’s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked
