Requirements
Experience
Travel experience is required.
36 months of Wound / Ostomy Care experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Connecticut license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
Vaccinations

holidays off will be limited to 1 of the 3 major and at the discretion of UCONN Health

Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel’s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel’s clinical competence.

Care to patients with Wound/Ostomy needs including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning and implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Master’s preferred.

Graduation from an accredited wound and ostomy nursing education program Wound and Ostomy Certifications from an accredited institution.
