24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Will be required to take a few inpatient weekend shifts throughout the contract.
Experience in outpatient setting.
Based in the outpatient setting but required to flex into the hospital one shift a month.
We are needing an outpatient skilled PT for an assignment. 95% of the assignment is outpatient so please screen out PT that do not have that solid skill.
