Guaranteed Hours 36

Will not approve blocked scheduling or same schedule/shifts, must be flexible and willing to float and work when needed*

Self scheduling with cyclic rotation

Weekend Requirement: Every third

Holiday Requirement: Rotate in with perm staff

Floating Requirements: MedSurg, rehab, or PCU taking MedSurg acuity

Number of Beds: 22- average daily census of 6

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Total knee replacements, total hip replacements, ankle replacements, total shoulders, spines- back and neck

    • RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * *

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
