Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Must have CV-open heart and Ortho, general, gyn experience

Urology/cysto preferred.

Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue

Weekends and On call, if any): If CV call- one week at a time every other week to every 3rd week, depending on CV RN staffing. If general-6 calls/4weeks depending on staffing levels (At least 2 weekend shifts-the rest are weeknight shifts)

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.
