Physical Therapy/PTA: Medically compromised patients: CHF, COPD, DM, Cardiac Ortho, neuro, dementia, general weakness Ages vary from early adult to geriatrics

Physical Therapy Assistant: General physical therapy assistant skills.

Physical Therapy/PTA: Position is for the Southern Black Hills to include Hot Springs, Custer, Edgemont, Hill City, Hermosa and surrounding area.

Scheduling: All positions are Monday – Friday Operations Holiday Expectations: Office is closed on 6 major Holidays. Approval of time off? Manager Approval.

Other notes: Scrub Color: Any color of scrub is acceptable, or business casual. No denim or sweats.
