Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Additional Details:

This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.

Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : No LNAs or PCTs. Around the clock mid-levels, Trauma surgeons and respiratory therapist. PT/OT available during day shift

Scheduling requirements: 12 shifts month (3 shifts a week). 4 weekend shifts Month. Department leadership completes the schedule around the RTO

Floating policy: Floating will be on a rotation basis with Travelers floating first

Patient Experience requirements: MyCare board are updated each shift during bedside shift report.

Certifications: Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level 2 Trauma Center, Three Star STS Open Heart Program

Must have: Strong Telemetry Skills. Experience titrating vasoactive and inotrope medications. Chest tube experience. Past ICU experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first: Open Heart experience. Temporary pacing. Swan-Ganz Catheter experience

Procedures performed on unit: Intubation, Central line and arterial line placement, Chest tube placement

Dress Code: (Required uniform): Scrubs (color doesn’t matter)
