Guaranteed Hours 40 hours per week.

First to float.

Cath Lab Techs:"Cases are done with 2 techs (1 scrubs & 1 monitors hemodynamics, etc).

Sometimes there will be a 4th person - could be an RN or a tech, depending on the case.

Certs: Fluoro.

Skills: STEMI receiving facility. Cardiac/Coronary, vascular, peripheral, general IR & neuro intervention.

Must be comfortable with conscious & moderate sedation, procedural processes, airway management, cardiac drips (such as Integrilin, dopamine, & vasopressors), as well as balloon pumps.

Varies anywhere from 10-22 cases per day total.

Weeknight/Call Requirement: Rotate call for inpatient cases, emergent cases, etc.1x/week.

Weekend/Call Requirement: 1 weekend/month - weekend call runs from Fri evening through Mon AM. This is subject to change depending on the needs of the unit.
