12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

10 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Additional Details:

Please be expected to float between St. Anthony Summit, Mercy, and St. Elizabeth as this is a requirement for Centura Health.

Potential for weekend call coverage.

Bachelor Degree Required. Degree in Physical Therapy required.

Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred.

Float Requirements: Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified “float zone”. Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.
