24 months of Operating Room experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Michigan license

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hrs

On Call/Call-Back: 1-2x per week from end of shift to 0700 the next day.

Weekend/Holiday: occasional weekend call – Friday, Saturday and Sun through 0700 on Monday. No holiday shifts, but holiday call is required.

Required Education: ADN or BSN

Strong circulating experience. PACU experience preferred. Pre/post- op REQUIRED

Required skills: ortho and general cases on call for ortho- Total knee, hip, shoulder, ORIFs, many hip fractures, I&Ds, General- lap appy, lap chole, lap hernia, EGD/ Colonoscopy, Lesion removals, lumpectomy, hemorrhoidectomy, OB/GYN- hysteroscopy, hysterectomy, lap salpingectomy, Eyes- cataract removal, podiatry- bunionectomy, urology- cystoscopy with stent, turps,
