Requirements

Experience

24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Day/Night Rotating

Looking for a Critical Care RN. Will float to Med Surg as needed. With Day/Night rotating shifts, and every other weekend and holiday.

2 or 3 weekends in a 6 week schedule

Floating to over units/departments. ICU and MS beds are interchangeable within the unit. Potentially to ER if trained or float over to assist when busy. Respond to codes throughout acute care.

Dress Code: Navy Blue scrubs

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. Dependent on skill assignment. 1-2 patients if ICU, 4-6 patients if Med Surg assignment and/or if partnered with a co-assigned nurse for the shift.
