Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

6 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required from last 6 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Type of equipment – O-ARM, advanced microscopes

Must have active experience with complicated and complex CVOR cases. Must include both first and second scrub roles.

Candidates must have done bypass, ECMO

Preferred Congenital CV and Pediatric CV experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CABG, Carotid Endarterectomy, Structural heart repair, Congenital defects (VSD, PFO)

Floating Area(s): Main OR

Scrub Color/Attire - Provided (Blue)

Will rotate call requirements with regular staff members. Divided equally among the group.
