RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

All clinicians will be required to start after 5/5. Please ensure you are setting this expectation with clinician prior to submitting

First-Timers Accepted: YES

Weekend REQ: see on call requirement

Is On-Call REQ?: Every 4th weekend and a weekday on-call after hours 2-3 x's per month

Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

Attire / Scrub Color: Any color scrubs

OASIS experience required for staff completing SOC (Start of Care) – Home Health ONLY

Proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred

RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application

On-call rotation is required
