Requirements
Experience
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
36 months of Occupational Health experience is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Minnesota license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift Notes: 40 Hour Guarantee.

No Weekend and On Call Requirements.

Occupational/employee health experience, injury/illness management, worker's compensation, disability, vaccinations, respiratory fit testing, audiometric (hearing) testing; pre-placement physical assessments, phlebotomy - Required.

Adult Population Experience - Required.

COHN, COHN-S, and CAOHC - Preferred.

Agility EMR - Preferred.

All RTO requests must be included at the time of submittal, NMH may not honor RTO requests after submittal.

Dress Code: Scrubs or Business Casual with Lab Coat.
