Travel Nurse (RN) - Transplant Unit

Nurse Navigator

2 Years Heart Transplant - Nurse Coordinator Exp OR 5 years of heart transplant Nursing exp.

Ambulatory and inpatient experience in advanced heart failure, cardiology, heart transplant or pulmonary hypertension

Cardiac ICU Exp Preferred

Prefer an RN with heart and lung transplant nurse coordinator experience.

Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities.

Prior Teaching Hospital Experience preferred

An interview may not be given prior to an offer being made.

All RN positions require BSN

Float Policy: At any time during assignment, resources may be reassigned to a different department, unit, or facility (within 75+ radius) if the resource satisfies the requisite Job Specifications. Please ensure this is discussion at time of submission, and time of offer.

Travel Pairs: travel pairs are allowed, but generally will not be on the same unit. Married couples may not work on the same unit

Modules:

• Modules are non-billable and included in NBO hours, 8 hours of modules
• Anything over 24 hours is billable
• Modules are completed during pre-start, and annually
• Transcripts recorded from the UC Learning website
