Guaranteed Hours 32

Shift: Rotating shifts 0645-1515; 0900-1730; 1500-2330; 0700-1930 (weekend only), Clinical supervisor makes the schedule

Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week, 1515-0645.

Weekend/Call Requirements: Based on staffing, every 3-4 weekends, Fri 1515-Mon 0645.

Holiday/Call Requirements: Must be willing to work holidays- rotate with perm staff.

What is call response time? 15 minutes, 8 hour reprieve shifts for post call, sleep room available - housing should also be available nearby to make call

Floating Requirements: MUST be willing to float to cross train to ortho cases if needed to be second scrub. MUST be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter (and will get train that day)

Candidates must be proficient in either Ortho/Neuro OR General/Robotics

OR - General/Robotics

Suites: 12 ORs, 1 Endo Suite, 1 Cysto Suite
Common Cases: Peds-Geriatrics, cysto, Davinci XI for General/GYN*/Urology, ION robotic cases, Open Bellies, endo/ GI experience- scope experience (ok with needing a resher) ION Robot, Davinci XI, Stryker towers; GYN
Experience or 'Must have' skills: experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo

OR - Ortho/Neuro

Suites: 12 ORs, 1 Endo Suite, 1 Cysto Suite
Common Cases: ortho neuro total joints(hips, knees, shoulders), sports medicine, arthroscopies, neuro-spinal fusions, cervical and lumbar cases, micro discs, cranis, and no awake large neuro cases
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have 1 year of Ortho/Neuro OR experience. ortho, neuro, total joints (knees, hips, shoulders, ankles), sports medicine, arthroscopies, neuro-spinal fusions, cervical and lumbar fusions, micro discs, cranis, and no awake large neuro cases

Certifications Required: CST or NCCT, ND UAP

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
