Requirements
Experience
12 months of Hospice experience is required from last 3 years.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Additional Details:
RN HOSPICE - ON-CALL
Must have at least 12 months of hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years. Hospice experience is required.
RN on call nurses for 7on/7off rotation to cover on call every other week
