36 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Weekends and holidays as assigned
Combination of adult and adolescent patients, must float as needed.
If not CPI certified, orientation is 4 classroom days, 2 floor days.
1:20 Nurse to patient ratios. Sometimes will have LPN or MT help, but not always.
