Requirements

Experience

18 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Operating Room experience is required.

Experience with Cerner is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

CNOR (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Block Schedules: No

No locals accepted and the 50 mile radius rule to all OR RN

Weekend Requirement: 1 per month

Is on-call Required? Yes- 1/week though it's no usually that often anymore

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Within skill set-rarely happens

RTO Restrictions: All requested time off must be reviewed and approved by manager.

Scrub Color: Provided for this role.

Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Any perm or prn employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
