Please be expected to float between Avista, Longmont, St. Anthony North, St. Anthony, and Ortho CO as this is a requirement for Centura Health. Covid Boosters are preferred, but not required.
Shift Details: With on call per unit requirements.
Weekends Required: Yes
Skills: Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient or inpatient preferred. Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred.
Float Requirements: Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified “float zone”. -Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.
High School Diploma/GED- Required.
Associate’s Degree- Preferred.
On call requirement per department policy.
