Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Home Health experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): 1 weekend, 16 hrs, every 4th weekend

Call Requirements: 0

Patient Ratios: up to 27 patients on caseload

Must Have Skills/Experience: PICC management, Portacath management, Wound vac therapy management, Pleurx catheter management, Ostomy teach/management, G and JG tube teach/management, Chronic disease teach/management

Preferred Skillset/Experience: 2 yrs med/surg experience

Type of Patients on Unit: all levels of home health patients

Scrub Color: scrubs or presentable civilian clothes
