Travelers must have a permanent address outside of the 75 mile straight line radius of intended facility, not driving distance.
Anyone granted a covid vaccine exemption must comply with weekly testing and proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
UR Case Manager/Care Coordinator Remote
Shifts: starts at 8am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Position will float to other areas as needed, within scope of practice.
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Any time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval; time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
UR Inpatient/Acute Care Experience (minimum, current 12-months) is required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.
BLS certification required and must be completed through American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
EMR: Xsolis experience preferred.
Orientation: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
No holiday RTO will be approved for travelers.
Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.
