Travel Nurse (RN) - Vascular Access Team

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Block Schedules: No

Weekend REQ: Will work weekends if needed for the dept.

Is on-call REQ? On-call required as needed for the dept.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed. Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.

Required IV Therapy Skills/Experience: Assist with Central Line Insertion/management, Implanted Ports - Care and Maintenance, PICC Lines - Care and Maintenance, Starting IVs. The vascular access team places mid lines, PICC lines, arterial lines, Central lines, phlebotomy and IV access starts. They do dressing changes, troubleshooting lines and education of vascular access devices.

Scrub Color: Any solid color.

Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Floating is 100% required of all travelers - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by

Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
