RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Clinician-to-Patient Ratio: 1/5-6

1 year of Skilled Nursing Experience

Required: Dysphasia Management (Bedside Swallow Evaluation, Compensatory Strategies, Hyolaryngeal Exercises), Plan of Care, Assessment/Evaluation/Discharge

Weekend Requirement: To be discussed

No block scheduling.

RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager

Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.

Free parking.

Scrub Color: Any basic color scrubs

All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state.
