Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours 36

Shift or schedule requirements: Day/Night - every other weekend and every other holiday

Floating to over units/departments: Primary unit will be 6AB, but will be expected to float to any med/surg unit at any of the 3 Sanford Medical Centers in Fargo

Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: 32 bed unit

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 4-5:1 on day shift, 6:1 on night shift

Required skills and minimum years of experience: Experience with neuro patients preferred, but not required. Experience working in a large hospital, 200+ beds.
