Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 3 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Information

Additional Details:

Guaranteed hours: 36

Every other weekend and holiday. 36 or 48 hours per week.

Shift: Can also do Day/Night rotate.

Cannot take any travelers living within a 60 mile radius of the facility. Local travel rate for those living 60 to 80 miles from the facility.

Experience with neuro patients preferred, but not required. Experience working in a large hospital, 200+ beds.

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 4-5:1 on day shift, 6:1 on night shift
