24 months of Pre-Op experience is required from last 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

PreOp & PostOp Surgery

Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.

Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

Guaranteed hours: 40

Shifts: 6-1630, 7-1730, 8-1830, 9-1930, 10-2030, 11-2130 with the option to move the hours up or down as per our need

Able to start IVs using Lidocaine

To work as a float - start IV's, assits & admissions

Dress Code: Hospital provided scrubs
