Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Cardiac Clinic experience is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Stress Test and Clinic Experience - Required

Patient Types: Cardiology background: General Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Vascular Surgery

Patient Ratio: Will see 22 patients per day

Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing

Clinic experience required. Cardiology experience preferred but not required.

Floating: Within the Cardiology clinic

Will also provide outreach coverage for HVI providers, as needed

Orientation: Facility per protocol and 3-4 days on unit side by side with nurse

Scheduling:

No weekend

No Call

Holiday Expectations: 2/4 required

Day after Thanksgiving is considered a Holiday

Approval of Time Off: Prefer contract extension to have a total of 13 weeks for any full week off
