Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Outpatient Clinic experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
Travelers may request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday.
Shift: Day - 5x8 or 4x10
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: occasional.
Must Have Skills/Experience: Outpatient PT
Patient Ratios: Up to 10/day
Type of Patients on Unit: All types, including neuro/ortho/developmental.
Dress Code: Scrub Color: Black
Rotating weekends, some holidays.
