Experience

10 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

36 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40

Monday-Friday (Will consider 4x10s if needed)

Float: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities

Minimum 3 years PT experience required

mainly outpatient caseload with possibility of some inpatient coverage as well. For outpatients, we usually see 30 minute treatments and 60 minute evaluations. Inpatients tend to be a 2 hour block on the schedule as we tend to have 2-4 inpatients. It will probably be a mix of patients.
