Requirements

Experience

12 months of travel experience is preferred.

12 months of Respiratory Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

The facility is not accepting new travelers. Submissions must have completed at least one travel contract.

Clinician-to-Patient Ratio: 1/1

Scrub Color: Purple and any other color except navy blue that nurses wear

Patient Population: Vent / Trach

Guaranteed Hours: 36

On-call Policy: None

Every other weekend

Every other holiday

No time off the first 4 weeks of the contract per the facility

No blocked scheduling

Float Requirements: Throughout the hospital to all inpatient units (ED, ICU, Ortho, etc.)

Minimum Experience: 1+ years’ experience in Critical Care.

Must have c-section experience

Skillset: Intubation, Manage Vents and Treatments

Education Requirement: Associate Degree or Certificate
