Additional Details:

Desired Start Date: 2 weeks from offer.

Shift and Time: 8 D/E; 40 hours start time will vary 0700, 0900, 1100, 1300, 1500.

Weekend Rotation: as needed.

On-call Requirements: neuro call as needed.

Holidays Requirements: as needed.

Floating Requirements: as needed within the OR.

Other Requirements: Must be willing to train New staff as needed.

Experience Requirements: Neuro, general skillsets, davinci. Looking for Neuro specific with Neuro call included.

Experience Preferred: Ortho (need to be able to do both totals and ortho trauma), total join support, Peripheral vascular, and CV.
