In the interest of expediting your submission, please list the specialties/unit in which you've worked in and all applicable instrumental/tray processing fields you have experience with (Example: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Ortho, etc.) on your work history

For any non-RN role: if a candidate has both MSN and NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for the role in which their highest degree is in, not the lower.

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40

Weekends: Potential for weekend call (about every 4th weekend)

Holidays: No holidays

Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities

On Call/Call Back Requirements: Call 1-2 nights per week, Weekend call as needed

Minimum Experience: 3+ years required

Required Skillset: Broad spectrum of instrument processing experience-along with tracking system experience.

No new travelers - At least one completed contract required
