Requirements

Experience

24 months of Hematology/Oncology Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.

Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Highly desired Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.

Telemetry experience & competency is required.
