Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Home Health experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Block Schedules: Yes

Schedule Requirements: 9 hour days typically Sunday-Wednesday, 35-37 hours

35 hours per week guaranteed

With weekends or holidays as needed, with the exception of facility holidays, 1st week of orientation

Holidays: Traveler will be expected to work at least 1 major holiday.

Weekend - varies per unit

OASIS documentation abilities preferred but not needed
