Additional Details:

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions. Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Abdomen (RDMS- AB) via ARDMS Verification REQUIRED

Rotation of day and evening shift. Includes night and weekend call rotation.

Must also have Breast certification.

Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: General US / Abdo (renal/ liver/ RUQ/spleen) Vascular (Carotid/ femoral) / PVR / venous reflux studies./ Early OB / OB Anatomy / BPP / TV

Average scans/studies per day: 12 – 14

Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens): GE / Canon

Weekend Requirements: Call
